What we collect through this website
- Enquiry forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Quote form: the details above, plus your business type and any details you choose to give, such as a Companies House number, Unique Taxpayer Reference, VAT number, turnover band and number of employees.
- WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us this way, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us.
Why we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, set up our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Formspree delivers form submissions to us. It is based in the United States.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Any visit statistics we collect come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires accountants to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do so, contact us through the enquiry form or on 07522 170495. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
